The dye is a blend of earth-friendly “Bengara” (iron oxide pigment made from soil) pigment.

We recommend hand washing to help maintain the quality of the garment.

Please especially hand wash the first two times.

Bengara dye may fade if rubbed while wet, so please avoid rubbing the fabric even if a stain occurs.

If you choose to use a washing machine, please place the garment in a laundry bag and select a gentle or hand-wash cycle.

As the fabric may shrink, please avoid using a tumble dryer.

This item is dyed with bengara (iron oxide dye).

Unlike chemical dyes, natural dyes may have slight colour variations or unevenness, and each piece may differ slightly in shade.
