Sleeveless Blouse - Indigo Grey
A sleeveless blouse made from a soft and comfortable linen–cotton fabric is now complete.
Each piece is carefully sewn by women in South India, one garment at a time.
We also recommend wearing it as a set with the Tiered Skirt.
The slightly short length pairs well with the volume of the Tiered Skirt, creating a beautifully balanced outfit.
The buttons are handmade using shells and are sewn on by hand.
The dye is a blend of earth-friendly “Bengara” (iron oxide pigment made from soil) pigment and natural indigo.

Care Instruction
As this item is dyed with natural pigments such as Bengara (iron oxide pigment made from soil) and indigo, please take note of the following care instructions to help preserve its colour and texture over time.
1. For indigo-dyed pieces, please use a neutral detergent, as acidic or alkaline detergents may cause discolouration. Avoid direct sunlight and dry the garment in the shade.
2. If stains or dirt occur, rinse them off promptly with water or mild soapy water before they dry. Alternatively, gently blot the area with a damp cloth or tissue.
Please avoid rubbing, as scrubbing with detergent or soap can cause colour loss.
3. To help the colour last longer, hand wash gently with lukewarm water and a small amount of detergent.
If using a washing machine, place the garment in a laundry bag to minimise damage to the fabric and preserve the colour.
Please read before purchasing.
This item is dyed with bengara (iron oxide dye) and indigo.
Unlike chemical dyes, natural dyes may have slight colour variations or unevenness, and each piece may differ slightly in shade.
Please enjoy the gentle, unique tones created by bengara dye.
